🎮 Playstudios – Creative Director & UXUI Lead, Tetris Mobile, iOS & Android

(2022 – 2025 · Remote · Santiago, Chile)

At Playstudios, I was responsible for UI/UX, visual design, art, motion, and narrative. I began as a one-person creative team and grew into building and leading a multidisciplinary team of artists and designers. I also partnered with marketing and rewards teams to keep Playstudios’ rewards platform active and integrated, a core part of the business.

I oversaw the whole creative process, from concepting, wireframes, and motion explorations to polished visuals, assets, and implementation guides, while ensuring consistency, clarity, and user focus. My role combined strategic vision with hands-on execution, always aligning creative output with product goals.

🎮 N3twork Studios – Art Director & UXUI Lead, Tetris and Tetris Clash Mobile, iOS & Android

(2018 – 2022 · Hybrid · Santiago, Chile)

At N3twork, I led creative direction for the legendary Tetris brand on mobile, overseeing efforts for *Tetris Prime* and Tetris Clash while working hands-on across UI/UX, visual design, motion, and asset creation within a small, agile team. I ensured consistency and quality under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

A key part of my role was redefining the game's identity, style, and tone, which deepened my expertise in UI, UX, and Figma. I managed outsourcing, improved pipelines, and supported both features and marketing asset delivery, gaining the ability to adapt quickly and deliver cohesive player experiences in high-pressure environments.

While leading the project, the game became profitable, resulting in its acquisition by Playstudios in 2022.
